Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Orion Omega ("Orion Omega", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit orionomega.dev, contact us, or use our products, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Google user data. Where our applications request access to your Google account data, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See Section 6 for details.
1. Who we are
Orion Omega is a software development company working in SaaS and AI, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, business intelligence, and AI orchestration. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Orion Omega is the "controller" of personal data processed through this website and our direct Services, except where we act as a "processor" on behalf of a business customer under a separate agreement.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Services:
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, company, and message contents when you contact us, request a proposal, or sign up for a Service.
- Account & authentication data. Credentials and profile details required to create and secure an account, including identifiers from third-party sign-in providers you choose to connect (such as Google).
- Service & connected data. Content and data you or your organization authorize us to access to deliver a Service — for example, data reached through an MCP connector or an authorized API integration.
- Usage & device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic information collected automatically to operate and secure the Services.
- Cookies & similar technologies. See Section 10.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data unless you provide it to us directly and necessarily in the course of a Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services;
- To authenticate users and manage accounts;
- To respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about the Services;
- To develop, test, and improve features, reliability, and performance;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use data obtained through restricted or sensitive API scopes to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. See Section 6.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We share personal data only as described here:
- Service providers / sub-processors. Vendors that host, store, or process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations (for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers).
- At your direction. With third parties you explicitly authorize, such as connected integrations.
- Legal & safety. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Orion Omega, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Google user data & Limited Use
Some of our applications let you sign in with Google or connect Google services through Google APIs. When you grant access, we request only the minimum scopes needed for the feature you are using, and we clearly disclose those scopes during the consent flow.

Orion Omega's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained from Google APIs is:
- used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface;
- not transferred to others except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with adequate notice;
- not used for serving advertisements; and
- not used to train, develop, or improve generalized/non-personalized AI or ML models. Any humans read this data only with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigations, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You may revoke Orion Omega's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Data accessed through Google APIs is retained only as long as needed to provide the relevant feature and is deleted upon revocation or account closure, subject to limited backup and legal-retention windows.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. See our Security page.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Where applicable (e.g., under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended), you may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@orionomega.dev. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Cookies & tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
11. International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.
12. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
