This Privacy Policy explains how Orion Omega ("Orion Omega", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit orionomega.dev, contact us, or use our products, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Google user data. Where our applications request access to your Google account data, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See Section 6 for details.

1. Who we are

Orion Omega is a software development company working in SaaS and AI, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, business intelligence, and AI orchestration. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Orion Omega is the "controller" of personal data processed through this website and our direct Services, except where we act as a "processor" on behalf of a business customer under a separate agreement.

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Services:

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use data obtained through restricted or sensitive API scopes to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. See Section 6.

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Google user data & Limited Use

Some of our applications let you sign in with Google or connect Google services through Google APIs. When you grant access, we request only the minimum scopes needed for the feature you are using, and we clearly disclose those scopes during the consent flow.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Data accessed through Google APIs is retained only as long as needed to provide the relevant feature and is deleted upon revocation or account closure, subject to limited backup and legal-retention windows.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. See our Security page.

9. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Where applicable (e.g., under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended), you may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

10. Cookies & tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

11. International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

12. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
